What are sexercises?

Sexercises are simple sets of exercises that help fulfill females and males sex lives. Many cultures used erotic meditation as sex exercises. Other cultures used and some of them still use external "magic stuff" that applied to various parts of the skin to make their sex life better. So what did Dr. Kegel do?

He helped previously inorgasmic women to reach an orgasm. Also he helped  males to get better control over their ejaculation to make sexual intercourse last longer.  And here comes the swinging.

 Dr. Kegel's developed exercise variations for men and women to strengthen the PC Muscle (pubococcygeus muscle - located in the pelvic floor in both sex). His exercises are based on thousands of years old Asian related exercises.

You can locate your PC muscle by stopping and re starting your urine in your urinating moments. When you have control over your PC muscle starts to contract the muscle 20 times, approximately 1 squeeze / 1 second.  Basically you try to gently tight the muscle around your genital, including the anus area, but not the muscle in your but. Try to do it twice a day. When you can do it well, do more.  Build up two sets of 75 per day. This exercise called the short Kegel  squeeze.

When you can do it easily, then it is time to learn the long Kegel squeeze. Hold the muscle contraction for 3 seconds. Relax between two contractions. Day by day work up the contractions holding time to 10 seconds. The relaxing time between two contractions should be the same with a holding time. Start with 20 sets 2 times per day and work up to 75 sets. When you can do it easily you should do variation of short and long Kegel squeezes. Do more and more. When you can do easily 300 sets of the combined short and long squeezes, then it is time to learn the next exercise.

After releasing the contractions, push down and out gently with your PC muscle, almost as you having bowel moment. Push gently. When you learned how to push, try to push out with short  and then with long Kegel squeezes. Once again when you do it easily combine the push outs with short and long Kegel squeezes.

A couple of months of daily sets of 300 hundred should develop your PC muscle. After that you can keep it in top shape by 200 sets a few times a week.

The female's orgasm will be more intense. They can squeeze and hold the penis in their vagina. Grasp the penis during intercourse and releasing it adds enormously pleasure for both partners. Sex partners with properly developed PC muscle can change sex positions (roll over) easily with out interrupting their intercourse.
